About You
An incredible program! Enjoyed every bit of it.
Very valued. All of the staff worked their hardest to make sure we enjoyed our time. Spoke to a number of Seniors who valued all our opinions.
Very much. We were helped with any problems we came across.
Very much. Gained an incredible insight into Barclays, how Technology works within a bank, and the culture at the bank.
The Company
There was a lot crammed into just 5 days, which was very well organised. Went through a number of talks, many work placements and had time for group work too.
Very friendly. Everybody had said over and over how Barclays is a family - and it is. Lovely atmosphere. Great values.
Great involvement in interest in summer internship and graduate programs. Managed to speak to a number of graduates about their routes.
Very well. Experienced the day-to-day basis within the work shadowing.
Incredible culture. Values always upheld in everything they do.

Met Barclays employees every day. Great networking event mid-week as well.
Fantastic. All interns also very social.
Yes definitely. The employees all interact outside of work.
100%. I'm sad it's over and would very much want another chance to experience the culture!
