  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • It was absolutely amazing and the best programme i have ever attended. Don't worry whether you don't have the financial knowledge or technical knowledge, make your path here and everything will fall in place.

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued during your time at the company or firm?

    • I felt that everyone around me was trying to help me understand the functioning of the various divisions and it was great getting so much help and time from them. I felt extremely valued by them as they did not treat us as children but amazing individuals.

    • I work shadowed various employers and our timetables were completely packed and organised. It supported me to a large extent.

    • I understand the workings of a bank and especially Barclays after this Spring Programme there i believe they did not discriminate anyone on the background of our studies but we were given equal opportunities and exposure to divisions.
