About You
Very enjoyable 3 days. Learnt a lot about the different divisions at Citi which I didn't know much anout before.
Felt very valued and that a lot of effort had been put into the program and us being there.
Lots of valuable talks and HR always seemed happy to help if we had any problems.
Definitely got an insight into the industry and what I should perhaps be doing to stay informed.
The Company
Well structured, good spacing of talks and breaks which was good. Days were also not too long which was appreciated as it meant we could focus on learning a lot from the presentations.
Nice atmosphere, sometimes somewhat competitive and as if we were being watched and talked about a lot which perhaps changed the way people acted. Especially when seeing a sheet with our faces on it and ticks next to only some of the faces.
I felt Citi invested a lot in us and people gave up their time to talk to us and give us guidance. Especially enjoyed the panel of three women who were extremely motivational.
Learnt a lot about what the day to day lives of employees at the company were like and the number of hours they worked which I didn't know varied between divisions prior to the program.
Picked up a lot about the global, diverse and innovative culture and Citi.
Everything Else
Was able to network a lot a fair amount and ask questions to many of the presenters.
I especially enjoyed the informal pub quiz as it allowed us to get to know employees on a more personal level.
