About You
I really enjoyed the Open Day. The programme was structured and organised very well.
I felt really valued throughout the Open Day.
I was able to talk with some trainees and Graduate Recruitment Officers over lunch. They were very friendly and I really got to know the inclusive firm culture.
A great deal. The skills I developed and information I received would really help me in the future.
The Company
Very well. The Open Day gave me a lot of opportunities to talk with trainees and Graduate Recruitment Officers. I particularly liked the rotation system in the 'Life as a trainee session'. In that way, I got to know trainees in their diffrent stage of training contract (diffrent seats).
Very friendly and relaxing.
The firm's effort to invest in personal training and development was found in the 'Negotiation Skills' session and 'Commercial Awareness' session, both of which I really enjoyed and received much support from the trainees.
I am glad that I attended the Open Day. I found out things which I would not have found out had I not attended the Open Day.
The inclusive firm culture was evident from the people I met. The trainees were very helpful in sharing their experience in the firm.
I gained invaluable insights into the work of a commercial lawyer and feel more motivated to become a commercial lawyer.
Everything Else
Yes, over lunch, in the 'Life as a trainee' session and during Office Tour.
There were a sufficient number of people to network with. Unlike in law fairs where there are too many people, the networking session was very relaxed.
Yes, trainees told me about the social side of the firm such as Friday night socials in the canteen.
Yes, definitely.
