About You
Very exciting, interesting and useful program. I wish I could take part in it again. Information flows very infinite.
Members of staff paid an unbelievable amount of time to spring interns, despite their everyday busy schedules. The sessions were very interactive and there was no time when a candidate would feel undervalued or left alone.
HR people as well as employees from the specific divisions of interest were very forthcoming, informative and supporting. The support received was very appreciated.
The skills and knowledge I gained during the 3 day insight program into Citi are very valuable. They will definitely help me in my further career development. The information was far beyond better than anything I have learned in university about the industry thus far.
The Company
The logistics of spring program were incredibly well organised and the structure was very interesting. There was not a single moment when spring program candidates would be bored.
Woman of Tomorrow was really great and exciting insight program. So many positive emotions left afterwards. Would definitely recommend it to others!
We had interactive Corporate Banking and M&A simulation game sessions as well as specific industry work shadowing.
The presentations provided as well as networking sessions were very informative. However, the shadowing session was the most useful in order to understand, how would it be like to work in a preferred division. It really helped me acknowledge where I belonged the most.
Company's culture and possibilities it brought with it were clear to us by the end of the program.
Discussions with members of Citi as well as various insights into the company and different divisions really helped me to make decisions about my future career plans.
Everything Else
3 day program candidates were not paid. However, if living+travel expenses were higher than 20 pounds they were reimbursed.
During the program we had various opportunities to meet people from various business divisions.
The program had various networking opportunities every day.
I had a brief introduction to the various possibilities of employee outside work activities.
I would definitely recommend this program!
