About You
I really enjoyed the internship. It gave you a good insight into all parts of the bank.
I felt very valued. All the people I met were very friendly and especially the HR people. It felt like the company values the employes a lot.
A lot of guidance and support. The HR people helped you with everything and all the other employes were also very helpful.
I learned a lot about how the company operates but not that much technical stuff. I did learn about things going on in the world and I did also develop my teamwork and presentation skills which will be valuable in my degree studies.
The Company
Everything was well structured, we got a schedule before and just a few things changed.
Great atmosphere, the participants were from different parts of the world and still it felt like we managed to collaborate really well and develop great teamwork.
It was only for three days so I guess we did not have time to get that much training. A lot of networking events though that developed your social skills.
The work shadowing and the networking events gave you an opportunity to actually get to know what you would be doing in particular areas.
From talking to a lot of employees, you get a good understanding about the company culture and it was very friendly.
Really helpful, it made me realize which divisions that would suit me better.
Everything Else
I was reimbursed accommodation and travel expenses.
Yes, speed networking, Quiznight and other opportunities during the internship.
They were great, and it fel nice that a lot of employes took some time to actually speak to you instead of working.
No, none of the employees really mentioned it but I also forgot to ask.
Definitely, especially if you are not sure in which particular business area you are most interested in.
