The Role
The job itself was really good
I was treated a lot of the time as if I was not capable of doing anything slightly difficult
My manager had no idea what tasks I did within my job role and so I had virtually no guidance
There wasn't enough work
Very little, I had some responsibility when it came to event management
It had no impact on my skills
The Company
Very laid back and everyone was friendly due to the amount of students it felt a lot like uni
very organised and very well ran
There was a lot of training programmes to be completed
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
National Travel
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Healthcare from home
I wouldn't go back there in a million years
The Culture
There was roughly 60 other students just based in Uxbridge
Was fairly cheap but not a nice area to live we got robbed and had rats
Pretty rubbish
there where a lot of activites that the students created
