I think that the experience of working for year will really hep me when going back to university and when applying for jobs after my final year
The Company
The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly
There was not an official structure as such, each student just became an extra team member in their department. You were treated as a regular employee rather than a student, which i think was good
You get trained as you work on your projects, there is also some official training available such as an introduction to 6sigma
