The Role
Work environment was very good- location let it down (far from all family and friends)
Very much so. All colleagues were welcoming and supportive.
Management supported me most of the time but were often too busy to provide constant feedback.
Some days were very slow with not a lot to do. Others were very busy with almost too much to do.
Worked on some key projects as well as given some personal projects. Work on key projects was normally menial.
Placement has given me a new sense of confidence and has definitely improved my engineering capability.
The Company
Very good. Entertaining and fun at times.
Internship was organised relatively well with a 1 month changeover period.
Very much so. Completed over 50hrs of training during my time.

The Culture
There were definitely opportunities however very few places to go in Darlington.
