The Role
I was constantly busy but it was with good work that kept me interested. It aloud me to develop my abilities and gain useful experience that has helped me to get a better idea of what I would like to do in the future
I was constantly thanked and reminded that what I was doing was very useful.
People were always willing to give me advice and support when I found myself stuck or in need of guidance but they did not just give an answer but pushed me to find solutions myself.
I was almost always busy and when not busy still had something to do.
I was given large roles in the projects that I was involved in and my opinions and advise was taken into consideration and then used
Every skill that I possessed before the placement has been touched on during the placement and I have had these abilities strengthened. I have also developed strengths from what were weaknesses previously.
The Company
The atmosphere was productive and with people talking to others to find information out. While it was very useful most of the time it could get noisy at times. Everyone encouraged each other and people always willing to listen and give advice to issues that you found yourself in.
While a bit chaotic in the first day in finding the correct entrance it was very well organised once inside. All the rooms and talks for the induction had been well arranged and once this had been done I was able to start work straight away.
The company had multiple days devoted to training and developing the placement students. It was possible to see that they drew on past students experiences when doing the training and made it much more tailored to our needs.

The Culture
The communication between the different placements was very good and we regular met up to talk and hang out.
Pretty cheep compared to university costs
Average
There were always events being held by the social club where everyone was invited to attend. Regular bulletins went out to make sure people knew what was going on.
