The Role
I was made to feel like part of the team immediately.
Weekly 1 to 1's and manager sat close by so I was am in daily contact with her and supported whenever needed.
Some periods I have been very busy and others the work seems to die down but, I always have something to get on with.
I have been given lots of responsibility. I have ran and managed a number of projects throughout the year.
We have been given many training sessions such as presentation, team working and communication I think this will definitely help me in my final year and in other employment.
The Company
