About You
The activities provided kept me well entertained and I felt I learned a lot through the information provided.
Even though the students did not graduate until 2 years time, they were still valued as important assets to the company.
There was a lot of information given regarding the next stages of the application.
The information I recieved allowed to me to understand more about the different service lines offered to me. I was able to develop upon a lot of my skills when participating in the activities.
The Company
There was always activities for us to do, nothing was rushed, there were enough breaks and everything ran to schedule.
The atmosphere kept me engaged and I really got a sense of what the company would be like to work for.
Because it was only a two day event there was not much time for training, however, they offered individual mock interviews for personal development.
We were only given a short amount of time with each service line, therefore it was hard to find out what day to day life with the company would be like.
You were always surrounded my company's employees and were in the office during the day so you were able to get a feel for the company culture.
Talks and activities were held for all the service lines which introduced me to the different areas and allowed me to specialise in the sector I enjoyed the most.
Everything Else
I was reimbursed expenses up to £50
There was a meal on the night where you sat with two representatives from the company and you were able to ask any questions you had. You were also able to meet employees from different departments during the day and ask them any questions.
There was an opportunity on the night with different representatives from the company.
They highlighted different clubs and societies as well as social events Deloitte hosts for their employees.
Yes, it was useful as I was able to discover which service line I was most interested in for when I come to apply for summer internships.
