About You
It was an extremely interactive 2 days packed if advice and activities.
I felt pretty valued as all the employees took time to speak to you and were all very down to earth and likeable.
There was varying degrees of guidance through the insight as different activities were led by different services lines, most were excellent.
The insight was especially good at giving you an opportunity to practice assessment centre style activities as a group.
The Company
Very well structured and jam packed, very tiring though.
The general atmosphere was excellent, it gave a genuine impression about the firm which was extremely likeable.
Despite the fact that it was only 2 days long, they put on lots of activities and even gave everyone a mock interview.
The insight gave a good overview of each service line in theoretical detail, however the everyday workings of the company were still hard to get a sense of.
The company culture was conveyed with great clarity.
The content was very valued, but left you wanting more such as a summer internship.
Everything Else
They offered to reimburse you for travel but i didn't spend any money on travel.
Yes there was a networking dinner.
