About You
It was absolutely fantastic, and I gained a broad understanding of EY's work in Assurance and Tax
It is obvious that a lot of time and effort were spent on the activities of this programme. All travel expenses were paid for, and a nice hotel is paid in full for both days (should you need it)
Staff were friendly and questions could be asked whenever I want.
I gained insight into the work that EY do in Assurance and Tax as well as briefly experiencing it myself, which might prove very helpful for a future in professional services.
The Company
It was generally very well-packed and informative, but they could have possibly spreaded out the activities more, perhaps for another day.
All participants and staff were very friendly and helpful.
They hired actors to play real clients (unknown to us), and had specific workshops in knowing our personal strengths and weaknesses.
We heard a lot about from the staff about what the company does, although we never actually saw it for ourselves.
Again, we heard from the staff about the culture working in the company, but we never actually saw it for ourselves.
The experience was invaluable as it basically told me what it is like to work in Assurance or Tax for EY.
Everything Else
Travel and accommodation expenses were reimbursed
There were always employees around you that you could easily talk to and network.
Very good, you could talk to them whenever you want.
