  • 7. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?

  • 8. To what extent did the insight help you to understand what it would be like to have a full time role with the company or firm?
  • We work-shadowed and the employees showed us what they typically do each day.

    5/5

  • 9. How much did the insight help you in understanding the company culture?
  • The key elements of their culture were explained to us during the introduction but then we repeatedly heard from all members of staff who came to speak to us how the day-to-day culture of the firm was something they loved and we were allowed to ask more detailed questions to all members of staff about this.

  • 10. How valuable was the content in helping you to decide on your future career path?
  • Very valuable, I now know how various parts of the business works and thought about where I could see myself in the future.
