About You
It's so enjoyable and rewarding!
I feel highly valued as the company is always trying to hear what we think about the company and how the company can improve itself.
A lot. Especially during work shadowing my mentor even gave me advise on cv/converting letter and how to become better applicant to the FCA
I definitely have known much more about the FCA and what do I need to do in order to make myself more employable in the future
The Company
Very well. Very good mix of networking and lecturing. It starts not too early and ends at 5.
Very lively environment, a lot of intelligent discussion going on
A lot. The FCA taught me from interview skills to giving me a lot of precious contacts
Very much, but the work shadowing is quite short so I wouldn't have a very complete picture
By networking and work shadowing, I got to feel their culture.
Very much. My mentor even gave me publications of the FCA so that I really know what they are doing
Everything Else
All travel fees
A lot. And I got to meet ppl from all different departments of the firm
Well organized, we can take turns to ask different people questions
Voluntary work. And interest groups such as Basketball club
Definitely as it gives a perfect overview of the financial regulation sector
