About You
The two day Talent Academy event was well organized. We have a great opportunity to meet people in the firm: From associates to partners. The debate was very interesting. It allows me to have some idea about the most popular topic such as: the cloud and HS2 and gender pay gap. I also developed my team working skills through the preparation of the debate.
It's a two day event. We are not doing real work for the company but learn different service line of the company. of course, all the organizers are very friendly and they tried to make us have the best experience.
As I stated before, it's not a real work. However, during the preparation of our debate, a staff come to listen our debate and give some advice.
It allows you to have a clear idea about each service line. Besides, you can also develop business awareness through elective courses. You can not imagine how much information you will receive in this two days. You also develop all the skills pwc require through different activities.
The Company
