About You
I found the leadership academy really useful. I learnt a lot in the sessions and really enjoyed the evenings.
Yes - I felt the amount of time and effort that had clearly gone into the academy demonstrated this. And while we there their the people at EY seemed genuinely I interested in helping us improve.
The academy was mostly coaching based which meant that we were encouraged to evaluate ourselves rather than getting specific feedback. This was strange at first but was by the end of the academy the advantages were definitely clear.
I don't think the skills will be that relevant to my degree, however I think I can use what it have learnt about leadership in everyday situations as well as later in a job.
The Company
The insight was well planned and each session clearly built on the one before. There was also lots of fun activities in the evening although not that much free time.
I thought everybody on the academy was willing to learn and to help others learn and this created a positive atmosphere. EY were really committed to helping us improve.
The whole week was about our training and development so to a large extent!
Everything Else
Yes there was a partner dinner where we got the chance to talk to other employees about their experience of EY
Yes definitely! I learnt a lot about myself and how to work with others.
