About You
I really enjoyed the insight, especially all the interactive activities that were part of the leadership sessions, along with the evening activities that the organisers planned for us. It was an excellent environment to be sociable as well as informative.
I felt quite valued during my time on this academy. It was quite self-reflective, and was a very nurturing environment where achievements/accomplishments were rewarded with self-satisfaction. Even the organisers of this event would spend time to just sit with me and have a conversation to get to know me better!
There was not only support from the facilitators who would spend time getting to know the team they were observing, but actually spend time individually to develop and reflect myself with guidance from them when needed. The activities that were organised, created a very open environment, which enabled team members to support and encourage one another. With constant feedbacks from team members, there would always be a huge contribution of support during team activities and reflection.
It has made me become more aware of myself - to know my strengths and weaknesses that can be applied beyond degree and within personal life
The Company
It was clearly organised with set times and activities. Structured well with timing to allow for rest along with social time.
Fantastic environment, very lively.
There is definitely a huge input into personal training and development. This is a perfect opportunity to learn more about yourself and get out of your comfort zone.
there were cases which are highly relevant to a career expertise, but unsure how specifically to EY itself.
There was a stronger focus upon personal development and a few aspects of the company's culture
Everything Else
I was reimbursed expenses
The facilitators are all from the firm.
Very unique and lively
