    About You

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
  • Thoroughly enjoyed the insight, it was very useful in both learning leadership theory but also being able to apply those in practice. Very useful four days, in both learning about my own personal leadership style but also about how to interact with leaders of other styles.

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued during your time at the company or firm?
  • EY always make an effort in making me feel valued and invested in. The staff are all very friendly and EY is not the real push or focus of the academy. We received a lot of tailored personal feedback that was very useful for my development.

    5/5

  • 3. How much guidance/support did you receive during the insight?
  • Lots of group led feedback sessions but also we had EY staff being our group facilitators. We had at least 30mins of 1-to-1 feedback with them over the course of the academy and could see how we develop.

  • 4. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and information you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • I was able to identify both the strengths I have as well as latent strengths which I could focus on and develop, helping my university studies. The leadership insights will greatly improve my career prospects and help with working in a business environment.
