About You
I felt it was very helpful and I certainly learnt a huge amount about myself.
I felt very supported throughout the process. The program was all about myself and tailored to me.
There was an overwhelming amount of feedback in an very short, intense period, which was extremely helpful.
Perhaps not so much for my degree studies but certainly my interpersonal relationships and my extra-curricular activities at university.
The Company
Everything was very well planned. Kudos to the staff team.
The event was intense. However, everyone was very friendly and welcoming so there was no difficulty going right in the thick of things.
The company invested a huge amount in me by recognising my strengths in the first place and providing such a fantastic learning opportunity.
The insight was not focused on the company, but rather on ourselves and our leadership abilities. However, the facilitators who are also current employees of EY did give a lot of insight into the firm.
Very. From the facilitators you can tell the company is very friendly and family like.
Yes it helped. Still deciding.
Everything Else
I was reimbursed for travel expenses.
Yes there was a partners dinner.
Very good. Look above.
Yes, from my facilitators.
If they are good enough.
