About You
Great fun but suitably challenging!
Company made sure that we received all we needed. The hotel was amazing and food was awesome!
Individual feedback was provided daily. The mentors (Georgie was mine) were brilliant with identifying strengths and latent strengths. Learned so much in such a short amount of time!
As an engineer, leadership qualities are important on a daily basis e.g group projects.
The Company
Days were well structured and seemed to go really quickly
Atmosphere was so friendly, this cannot be stressed enough. EY are investing in you as a person, to try and develop YOUR capabilities and do not push EY at you the whole time. Everyone on the course is again very friendly as we have all become good friends in such a short amount of time. The evenings were nice and chilled and the social scene was also very enjoyable!
