About You
I enjoyed the insight from both a practical and social point of view. The ideas put forward in the sessions and the experiences that you get from the Leadership Academy are invaluable for personal development.
I felt very valued during my time at the Leadership Academy because the staff and people working with you from the firm, they did not try to overly advocate the firm, its placements and opportunities. The scheme was very tailored to each of us as an individual.
I received an immense amount of support and advice in the Academy: coaching sessions, group feedback sessions and discovering new things with an appropriate amount of guidance.
The skills that I have developed in the Leadership Academy will help me to really focus my attention when applying for internship placements or other career opportunities. I also feel much more equipped to deal with leadership opportunities that I put myself forward for.
The Company
The Leadership Academy was very well structured. Each day had a very clear theme and logical structure.
The Leadership Academy had a very fun and driving atmosphere.
The Leadership Academy in itself is a very heavy investment on an individual. The sessions just help to reinforce this opinion.
The Leadership Academy was not tailored to help us understand very much about the firm, but appropriate information was given about the firm for me to improve my insight about EY.
The Leadership Academy really helped to improve my understanding the company culture as we were assigned a facilitator from EY, who was also our mentor.
The content was valuable for me in the sense that I would be able to excel in majority of future career paths with the soft skills I acquired from the scheme.
Everything Else
I was reimbursed expenses.
There were definitely opportunities for networking and meeting other employees, at meal times and also other specifically tailored networking opportunities.
They were very valuable, fun and informative at the same time.
Yes, EY staff gave me insight on what is involved outside work-life.
I would definitely recommend the Leadership Academy to my friend.
