    About You

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
  • I enjoyed the insight from both a practical and social point of view. The ideas put forward in the sessions and the experiences that you get from the Leadership Academy are invaluable for personal development.

    5/5

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued during your time at the company or firm?
  • I felt very valued during my time at the Leadership Academy because the staff and people working with you from the firm, they did not try to overly advocate the firm, its placements and opportunities. The scheme was very tailored to each of us as an individual.

    5/5

  • 3. How much guidance/support did you receive during the insight?
  • I received an immense amount of support and advice in the Academy: coaching sessions, group feedback sessions and discovering new things with an appropriate amount of guidance.

    5/5

  • 4. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and information you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • The skills that I have developed in the Leadership Academy will help me to really focus my attention when applying for internship placements or other career opportunities. I also feel much more equipped to deal with leadership opportunities that I put myself forward for.

  • 7. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • The Leadership Academy in itself is a very heavy investment on an individual. The sessions just help to reinforce this opinion.

    5/5

  • 8. To what extent did the insight help you to understand what it would be like to have a full time role with the company or firm?
  • The Leadership Academy was not tailored to help us understand very much about the firm, but appropriate information was given about the firm for me to improve my insight about EY.

    5/5

  • 9. How much did the insight help you in understanding the company culture?
  • The Leadership Academy really helped to improve my understanding the company culture as we were assigned a facilitator from EY, who was also our mentor.
