  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
  • I really really enjoyed it, it was so rewarding and I feel like I've gained a lot from the experience.

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued during your time at the company or firm?
  • Very valued, the staff at the venue were extremely accommodating and the firm itself were extremely supporting. Treated us like real people rather than selling the company to us and making us recognise that we would be valuable to them. Very engaging and enthusiastic, made us want to work there just by liking the representatives.

  • A lot. The entire thing was very guiding and all based around positive feedback.

  • Very well structured. There was very little waiting around in between tasks, and

  • So happy and friendly and extremely supportive meaning I left feeling encouraged and valued and confident in my strengths.

  • The entire thing was investing in me as a person and I feel extremely grateful for the opportunity.

  • 8. To what extent did the insight help you to understand what it would be like to have a full time role with the company or firm?
  • Only experienced one networking session so there was slightly limited time, but the facilitators were helpful in explaining their roles and putting us in touch with other staff.

  • A lot, the insight was based around the 20-20 vision and the entire ethos of the firm - and made it seem very appealing!

  • 10. How valuable was the content in helping you to decide on your future career path?
  • Very. It identified my skillset and made me feel confident enough to work towards a senior role in a stimulating career. It was useful working alongside similar people who were very driven and intelligent, as they inspired me to work harder. Talking to the facilitators and other staff about their careers helped me see what experiences I could have.

  • Accommodation and travel was paid for and very high quality.


  • 12. Were there opportunities for networking and meeting other employees of the company or firm?
  • One dinner, and plenty of chance to interact with the facilitators and talk to them about their roles throughout.

  • 13. How were the networking/ social event opportunities?
  • So much fun!!! Networking was a formal dinner, but the social events went on till very late (/early) because we were all living in the same place. Very bonding experience.

  • Yes, many people shared their experiences.
