About You
I really really enjoyed it, it was so rewarding and I feel like I've gained a lot from the experience.
Very valued, the staff at the venue were extremely accommodating and the firm itself were extremely supporting. Treated us like real people rather than selling the company to us and making us recognise that we would be valuable to them. Very engaging and enthusiastic, made us want to work there just by liking the representatives.
A lot. The entire thing was very guiding and all based around positive feedback.
A hugeeee amount.
The Company
Very well structured. There was very little waiting around in between tasks, and
So happy and friendly and extremely supportive meaning I left feeling encouraged and valued and confident in my strengths.
The entire thing was investing in me as a person and I feel extremely grateful for the opportunity.
Only experienced one networking session so there was slightly limited time, but the facilitators were helpful in explaining their roles and putting us in touch with other staff.
A lot, the insight was based around the 20-20 vision and the entire ethos of the firm - and made it seem very appealing!
Very. It identified my skillset and made me feel confident enough to work towards a senior role in a stimulating career. It was useful working alongside similar people who were very driven and intelligent, as they inspired me to work harder. Talking to the facilitators and other staff about their careers helped me see what experiences I could have.
Everything Else
Accommodation and travel was paid for and very high quality.
One dinner, and plenty of chance to interact with the facilitators and talk to them about their roles throughout.
So much fun!!! Networking was a formal dinner, but the social events went on till very late (/early) because we were all living in the same place. Very bonding experience.
Yes, many people shared their experiences.
YES :)
