About You
Incredibly insightful. I learnt a huge amount about my leadership style and ultimately honed these skills for any walk of life.
Very valued. From dinners to personalized hoodies, you are valued from the second you enter the beautiful town of Horsley.
Continual feedback sessions including groups and one to one.
It will sincerely help me in any team situation or leadership situation to ultimately achieve the most productive and efficient outcome. Invaluable in my future career at EY.
The Company
Very well structured from 9am to 6pm everyday. It will keep you busy learning and having fun all week long.
Very active. Everyone is enjoying themselves. The groups are small (6 per tables and you spend most of the week with your table) and overall 25 people so after day two you know everyone and everyone knows you. The facilitators are bubbly people who will guide you along every activity and the hosts are incredibly enthusiastic. You will go away a huge amount more informed. You should definitely show huge amount of enthusiasm of self awareness, leadership potential and eagerness to learn to get the absolute most out of this program. It is truly developmental and not based on EY. There is ample opportunity to talk to EY staff however all throughout the spring week to learn.
Huge amounts. Hotel, travel, food, events all inclusive.
Touched upon in various periods. You can definitely learn through talking to others.
Very much so. It is definitely a people's place.
