About You
The EY leadership academy taught me invaluable lessons about how to be a better leader but also how to develop strengths which I didn't necessarily know I had within me. The organisation as well as the tasks were challenging but also extremely fun!
Felt really valued as a member of the team.
Daily check ins and coaching to feel like my journey was being mentored and fostered at every stage.
Made me realise I can be more assertive and achieve all of my goals. Made me realise the importance of ambition.
The Company
Very well structured - a good balance of lectures, theory but also physical activities to ask candidates to think laterally.
Fun!
A lot as we were only first year undergraduates! They put us up in a hotel for four nights and were really interested in our roles as leaders.
Yes. Through partner dinners and networking with many EY employees.
A lot.
More based on leadership than career paths so not that helpful.
