Very well structured, a programme for the two days was given at the start and a number of break were given!

Everyone was very friendly and it was a relaxed atmosphere.

In the elective session I chose, I was able to learn more about personal branding which I found to be useful. I felt that the firm invested a lot in the me through the variety of sessions and activities provided.

I think that through speaking to variety of staff of different levels i.e. Manager, Director and Partner. I was able to learn about the different roles within the company and at each level.

Through speaking to a variety of staff from different departments, I was able to understand the firms culture.

Very valuable! I was able to learn more about the sub departments of the department I wish to pursue a career in.

I was reimbursed travel expenses and an additional nights accommodation due to having to travel before 6am on the day. Through having an additional nights accommodation, I was able to meet others attending the event in the dinning room.

Networking opportunities during lunch on the first day. As well as this, there were networking opportunities before the evening meal, during the meal (two Directors/ Partners on each table, who then rotated tables), in addition to the networking opportunities at the bar after the meal.
