Spring week intern Review

I really enjoyed the insight it was engaging and very interesting.

I felt extremely valued during my time at the company. They were open and very encouraging in terms of getting everyone involved during the day.

I received several guidance and support, where I was unclear if something support was provided from FCA staff.

Being someone who studies banking, finance and management gaining more in depth information on the FCA a regulatory organisation was very useful as regulation of banks is something we look at in my course.

They invested a lot in me e.g. The leadership session, skills for growth session, interview skills session and presentation session.

It helped me a lot as we heard from current employees at the firm and done work shadowing.

It was very valuable as I learnt about a range of sectors and the day to day activities for these sectors and roles.
