About You
I enjoyed the insight very much.
It was only one afternoon, so we didn't really have a chance to feel valued, but during that time the company looked after us very well.
We had a networking event, could ask HR team questions, we got presentations on different lines of businesses. During goup activities business representatives were always happy to help.
Got insight into asset management, got to know about basic market trends, how changes on financial markets affect the prices of shares, investment basics, which will definitely be useful when applying to roles related to asset management.
The Company
Very well structured. Even in such a short period of time, the company squeezed senior leader presentation, group activities relating to different parts of the business and a networking event. Everything ran smoothly.
Very good atmosphere, friendly attendees, helpful and approachable employees.
Employees devoted their time to prepare the event, netowork, organise activitites to pass on as much information as possible
During activities organised by different departments we had snapshots of analysts' daily tasks.
Excellence in what the company does, focus on client, but also openness,
I got to know about different opportunities available for students at BlackRock.
Everything Else
No, but it was just one day event.
Yes, many business representatives came down to meet attendees and were keen on answering questions
Drinks and snacks provided, limited time
Women's network
I would definitely recommend this event to a friend, especially if they think about pursuing a career in financial services. It was a useful and enjoyable day.
