The Role
In all was an enjoyable experience, where i was able to gain exposure to numerous functions & practices truly understanding the expectations of a career in sales.
All colleagues were welcoming day in day out, no issues.
Full support during the entire period by my supervisor and where he was unable to others were more than happy to help.
Varied. Some periods were extremely busy, others less so. Probably on average the workload was reasonable.
My responsibility increased over the course of the placement, as i learnt more and gain experience within my function my responsibilities began to increase.
Everything i have learnt here, all the training, mentoring and even the work i have done with assist me in both my degree and also later in my career. Very satisfied overall.
The Company
Good atmosphere. Easy place to work, and very comfortable.
Very organised. There were planned specific training modules over the course of the first 9 months in addition to quarterly reviews and other planned trainings/events.
To a great extent. Many training modules completed, many more i could have done, always the opportunity to expand my knowledge.

Very appealing, ability to move into different functions and continue to do so as years go on. So you are constantly able to improve your skills and knowledge.
The Culture
Very good. Everyone was very social and inviting.
Fair, about the average price for student accommodation. Maybe edging just below average on price.
Not great. Few places to go, all not very pleasant.
So many different activities and events you are able to do outside of work. Great choice and many opportunities to help the local community.
