Very much so, everyone was absolutely incredibly friendly and welcoming, and it was an extremely education and eye opening experience.

Was actively approached by many employees to share their experience with me. It felt like I was respected and valued just the same as all other permanent employees.

A great amount of guidance in regards to transferring process into the 2016 Summer Vacation Scheme, however, I would've appreciated a bit more guidance when conducting the case study sessions.

The information and sessions definitely helped assist me in being more commercially aware, as well as understanding the values of the steps that I am and will be taking within my university career.

Absolutely fantastic, all participants were friendly and enjoyable to be around, and all the employees were very joyous and approachable.

We were given a myriad of case studies along with a very in-depth personal emotion awareness session at the beginning of the programme. The case studies would've been more effective if more insight was given at the debrief after the session.

This insight undoubtedly gave me a great insight into the company culture and how I would "feel" working there. It also provided me with an adequate knowledge of the work I will be undergoing whilst working at Deloitte.

Deloitte's friendly, supportive and engaging company culture was omnipresent.

Through presentation by current employees, I gained a great understanding of each division's responsibilities and roles, and this definitely helped me find which division suits my personality best.

I was reimbursed £50 pounds for travelling. I was also provided with lunch, dinner and accommodation free of charge.

Yes. We had a networking session with all employees present on the last day of the insight.

They definitely provided us with opportunities, but one has to take the initiative to approach employees.

Definitely! It was a spectacular experience where you feel valued, respected and welcomed! Lots of learning and networking opportunity. Definitely would recommend this programme!
