About You
A great way to learn more about Citi and their different business areas, and the banking world in general.
They treated us really well with food, drinks etc.
Both employees and recruiters were very helpful, and willing to answer any questions we might have.
It was only an insight, but it gave a great overview of Citi, and of what it's like to work in the different business areas.
The Company
We got presentations of all the different divisions, and then a work-shadow opportunity in a division of our choice, so for a three-day programme it was very well structured.
Very friendly - both the employees, the recruiters and the other participants got along really well. There was a very informal atmosphere - for example with a pub quiz - and we were able to ask all the questions we might have.
Since it was only a spring-week this one is obviously limited, but they did go through great efforts to help us get an insight into their business
We got to speak to a lot of analysts and former interns who shared their experiences.
I discovered many exciting career paths within Citi that I hadn't thought of before.
Everything Else
It was an unpaid placement, but we were reimbursed for any travel costs, and students from outside of London and the UK had their flights and accommodation arranged.
Plenty! Both formal ones, but also a more informal night with drinks and quiz on a pub.
They arrange ski trips, bowling, drinks etc. for employees in the different divisions.
Definitely! It gives a great overview of Citi and the world of banking.
