  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • Yes, the Insight has been really enjoyable. Each key division/business gave a presentation followed by Q&A, and an interactive workshop/competition with nice prices.

    • I felt appreciated and valued by UBS; HR were very helpful and kind.

    • I received all the guidance I needed with regards to the assessment process, needs during the programme, and questions to the various divisions.

  • 4. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and information you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?

    • The information about banking will be somewhat useful later in my degree, when I do corporate finance. On the other hand, this Insight is useful for breaking into the banking industry.

    • The atmosphere was very nice, inquisitive but not competitive.

    • We were taught the basics of what different divisions do.

    • It helped very much as I got to ask questions during sessions and one-to-one and work shadowed,

    • From the way we were treated and presented to, to how people from UBS interacted with each other the culture was clear. Also, many interns asked questions about the culture.

    • My flight and accommodation were provided (accommodation has been great - a really spacey studio).

    • Yes.

    • The networking event for spring interns alone was well-arranged and fun. The networking lunch with graduates was useful.
