Moreover, it has helped me to discover new positions in the bank I did not know before. In addition, I have had the opportunity to do a lot of networking and meet really interesting and smart people who have motivated me and given me their view and experience.
In my opinion all the organizers of the programme have made me feel important and I feel they were trying to help us a lot. Moreover, they have showed a lot of involvement and have been available to answer any questions we had.

The company has organized activities and games so that we could learn and also sessions where JP's employees explained us their position within the bank.
It has helped quite a lot to realize how a full time role would be like as I had the opportunity to hear from the employees of the firm their experiences and their typical day at work.
By listening to the employees I now have an idea of how the culture of the company is. Moreover, the business resource groups within the bank were also very useful to understand the culture.
