Investmen banking visitor Review

So far it has been amazing! I didn't expect it to be so useful and interactive. I have learn very very much, i have met wonderful people in the same position as me but also many professionals who have told us about their experience and career at JP Morgan. I couldn't be happier of being here this week. And if i actually could, i would stay for longer because i still feel i can learn a lot more from the experience and the people we are getting to know

Evety moment every day. All the people working at JP Morgan were very kind, always willing to get to know us and showing interest on what we study, what are our preferences and answering pur questions in the best way possible. So the treatment i have receive it's been brillant and i don't think anyone has nothing to complain about.

At first, i thought i was in a disasvantage position because there were people who had more knowledge than i do. But many professionals and analysts we spoke with told us about all the training we will eventually receive so that cheers you up.

The way of thinking and aproching things and situations, how to manage time or in which direction i want to build my future career are things that i think i'm now able to improve thanks to this programme. I knew i wanted to start my career in Investment Banking but now that i have experienced how it would be working and all the excellent things that it implies, i feel i have more energy and more reasons to go for it. It has been an amazing experience and i know it has some way affected the way i'm going to work for things and trying to get the most out of university and everything that i can learn on my own outside my studies.

It was very well structured because we got to listen people in different levels, analysts, associates and even managing directors. The networking part was incredible and very useful because you could ask all the questions that came to your mind after listening someone speaking about that area of business. i can't think of any complain really.

It has been incredible! How kind everyone is, their willingness to help you and get to know you. How everything was thought so as to be very interactive and it gave a feeling of everyone supporting each other abd being able to create long term relationships ver easily.

I have learned so much about the different business areas, what do they do in each division, personal experienced. I have also had the opprtunity to meet people and professionals i couldn't have met any other way and all these it is thanks to JP Morgan. I feel like they are taking care of us, that they value you we are and who could we become in the future regarding our career.

I believe i couldn't have understood it better. All the talks and presentations we had, being able to ask questions and how easily could we approach anyone has been amazing! In addition, speaking with analysts who have been in our position and seeing how they are doing in the company, also gave me insight of were i could be in a nesr future if i prove to be valuable for JP Morgan.

It has been very useful because you experience first hand what the company's culture is. What surprised me and what i really value is the fact that everyone supports each other, that you can ask for help anytime and that JP Morgan will help you move to another team or division without any problem. What proves that there are many posibilities within the company. I have the therefore experienced that all these things do actually happen in reality and that is not just the theory or what it should be

I think that all the information and talks we have received are quite concise so we actually get the wide view of all the division. They respond to all our doubts and questions we might have but definitely being able to ask questions at the end makes it even more clear. So i definitely think that without participating in this program i wouldn't have been able to get such a clear understanding of the company and its divisions

They have done so much for us this week that having all the expenses reimbursed is more than what we could ask for

Definitely! After every talk and presentation we had the chance to speak to different people and that was very useful and even rewarding!

They were really good. It was amazong how they showed such interest on that, how friendly all the analysts, associates and even managing and executive directors were. Time passed realy quickly during those networking sesions.

We could find out thanks to the Q&A and the networking part but in my case my questions for the JP Morgan employees focusef more on why do they like about their job and how has being their experience at thr company

I would recommend ir before coming but after this amazing week i would absolutely recommed it. I would even repeat this same week over an over again until i get everything i possibly can out of it.
