About You
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience on the spring week. It was very well-organized with very in-depth coverage of roles within each divisions.
Participants were very well-taken care of during the week; from the level of interesting activities planned to the provision of high-quality accommodation for people who lived outside of London
Plenty. Participants were given a lot of guidance and support to fully engage in the programme and business representatives were helpful and approachable.
The information received has been very good insights into all areas of the business. It will definitely help in my future career in banking.
The Company
I was impressed by how well-structured and organized the insight was. The agenda of the week was jam-packed but I came away each evening feeling satisfied.
It was very friendly- there was a general sense that participants were all very eager and keen to learn and gain as much as possible from the insight, and JP Morgan representatives were very helpful in making everyone feel as welcomed as possible.
JP Morgan have provided a lot of reasons to motivate me to enhance my own training and development.
Many programme sessions included Q&A sessions with analysts, associates and senior members and JP Morgan representatives did a very good job in giving participants an understanding of what their roles entailed.
The insight confirmed every pre-existing notion I had that JP Morgan is absolutely one of the most respected banks in the industry.
It enabled me to streamline my interests and skills and have benefited tremendously in my decision for my future career path.
Everything Else
JP Morgan provided travel arrangements and accomodation that was a few stops on the DLR to Canary Wharf.
Yes. There were plenty of networking opportunities.
Social events were well-organised and allowed participants to get to know each other as well as network with business representatives from JP Morgan
There were Business Resource Groups that were independent business networks within the firm.
Absolutely.
