About You
The spring insight week was an amazing experience. You met many different people working for the firm and gained valuable insight into the different business area's.
I felt very much valued. People took all the time to answer all your questions and help you if you had a problem.
Constantly. People from every level, analysts, associates, Vp's, Ed's and Md's all were glad to give presentations, help with work, answer questions of give case studies on different aspects of the company.
It prepared me for the Summer internship next year and helped me decide what I wanted to do for the beginning of my career.
The Company
The insight week was well structured by the HR department of J.P. Morgan. The schedule was filled up, but also gave time for lunches and coffees. It was very active and diverse, containing games, group projects, presentations and networking events.
Really relaxed. My peers were very kind, as were the employees. It was, naturally, a competitive environment, but still very nice to be working in.
They invested a lot of time, money and expertise on me.
It helped me understand the corporate structure regarding the devisions and hierarchy in the firm.
The core values are very apparent, as they are incorporated in every businesstransaction the company does. One could also feel it throughout the entire spring week.
I know what I want to do now!
