About You
I really enjoyed the insight as it combined in-depth informative sessions, opportunity for networking and fun activities. If I could go back every year I would do, I also met loads of different people from all around the world.
I felt very valued and included throughout the whole insight. There is plenty of opportunity to share your own views and ideas and to debate with your peers. It was nice when others took into consideration my inputs and we built up an integrated response that included all of the ideas that had been brought up during our discussion.
We received a lot of guidance from the program organisation team. They were very friendly and approachable. I really liked the fact the "no question is a stupid question", it made me feel more comfortable and more relaxed to be as curious and inquisitive as I wanted to be.
I learnt some technical skills that will help me in my finance modules and in the finance business as a whole. All the information received about the different business areas also gave me a much clearer idea of the different jobs on offer within the institution. However, I think the most important skills I developed were networking skills as they will help me throughout my entire professional career.
The Company
The insight structure was very clear and time allocation was very efficient. I learnt so much in such a short period of time.
It was a very nice environment as we were all girls coming from very diverse backgrounds which made discussions intellectually engaging and culturally enriching.
They gave us plenty of informative sessions and taught us the basics for each area through interactive sessions or games.
I feel like I have a more clear idea of what it would be like to work at J.P. Morgan because we could ask as many questions as we wanted and we always got back a transparent response.
The insight helped me a lot to understand what J.P. Morgan's values are and what is important to the organisation.
A lot, now I am more sure about what business areas I would be interested in.
Everything Else
I was reimbursed expenses.
