About You
The insight programme was fantastic because it had such a great overview of all the divisions and had plenty of opportunities to network with business representatives.
To a great extent because business representatives were very keen to get to know us and share their experiences
There was a lot of guidance from both the graduate recruitment team to understand your divisional preferences and the business representatives were fantastic
It will definitely help me with developing a future career in financial services industry

It was very well organised and run perfectly
Incredibly vibrant and collegiate
It was incredible that business representatives took so much time off to talk to us so there was definitely a great of investment in us. The programme help to build up your confidence and networking skills as well
It helped to a great extent, particularly in terms of understanding what are the responsibilities for each role and appreciating the work culture in general
Definitely a lot because you are immersed in the collegiate environment and the business representatives we met across the divisions further affirmed the inclusive culture
The interactive sessions and presentations were very informative and provided a depth of insight. You will really understand the unique roles of each division and gain a very good understanding of each divisional function

It was great- we had a careers event and speed networking opportunities. We were able to interact with other participants from other spring programmes as well.
There were definitely opportunities, such volunteering, company events. There is a lot of emphasis on holistic development and work life balance
Definitely! It was a fantastic introduction to a wide range of business areas and you get to experience the collegiate and dynamic work culture at the bank
