The Role
I was really given a lot more responsibility than I expected - I thought I would end up just doing photocopying but I really got to do a lot of challenging tasks and get involved with a lot more than I thought I would!
They were all really nice and supportive and invited me to after-work socials etc.
Everyone was really helpful - even when I made mistakes, everyone was very supportive and I never felt abandoned or like I was struggling.
On the odd day, I often didn't have too much to do as I couldn't get involved in too many in-depth projects due to complexity and time constraints, but I was never bored and never felt under pressure from having too much to do!
I obviously couldn't do things too complex, but I was given plenty of decent tasks and was even named by the partner as a point of contact in an email to the heads of a fairly big company!
I have felt a lot more confident in getting involved in tutorials and lectures following from the internship and it has taught me to manage my time a lot better so I am really enjoying my fourth year!
The Company
Solid middling - obviously it was still a workplace so it was a professional atmosphere, but everyone was always up for a chat and there was fairly decent after-work social life!
Couldn't fault it.
I really felt the company was investing in us - from an induction week at two top hotels followed by generously being funded to go to Leeds for a CSR day out!

Company Parties/Events
I have a job with them which is making my life very easy.
The Culture
Very good - made a few good friends and will hopefully be living with one when I start at the grad scheme!
Pretty average I'd say!
Enjoyed it!
A relatively small office, so didn't have the same amount of activities as the bigger ones!
