The Role
I really enjoyed my year's placement at Disney.
I felt I was treated as equally as all other employees.
I had weekly 1 to 1s/catch-ups with my line manager to talk through my tasks and development.
Always had some sort of task to do, varied day-to-day.
More responsibility that I predicted, given big tasks and projects.
The skills gained and training received will help me massively during my final year and after completing university.
The Company
Very relaxed and friendly, but also fast-paced and hard working.
Very well organised from start to finish.
Big investment - training included: Full day introduction to the company. Healthy & Safety training. Training in all systems.

Easy access to all of London.
