    • Very enjoyable, lots of great people who are motivated to work with.

    • I was able to give my ideas and actively participate whenever I wanted to.

    • A lot. 1-on-1 support was available with experts in all areas whenever I wanted. Feedback was always useful and will help me in future endeavours.

    • A lot of the information was on personal development which will be invaluable in all areas of work. Some public speaking opportunities will be directly relevant.

    • Very structured and organised. All time was filled.

    • Everyone was very motivated and keen for others to have a good time as well as learn.

    • Huge amounts of personal development, all the way throughout.

    • Employees were on hand to answer questions but none of the Academy was based on this.

    • The fact that it was all about personal development gave a lot of insight into company culture.

    • Not a lot about career paths but a lot about myself and what I will be motivated by in possible future work.
