About You
Very good - learnt a lot about myself and my abilities.
EY staff were more than happy to talk to me whenever I had questions.
We had a personal mentor who guided us through and helped give reflective feedback
Will help in my degree - any group work projects. Beyond - how to demonstrate leadership abilities in the work place.
The Company
Really well structured - activities were done on specific days to help us learn and develop the most efficiently
Very positive, enjoyable atmosphere, It's been challenging but very fun.
Invested 4 days in developing my leadership skills. Constant personal reflections to allow me to digest what I have learnt about myself.
Lots of opportunities to talk to EY staff and ask them anything we want. Not so much a 'full-time' understanding.
Exposure to the staff has given me a positive attitude towards the company culture. All the staff seem to be very happy with EY and work opportunities.
Keen to keep on developing leadership skills and hence take a role which will involve leader others. I've enjoyed the EY experience and would definitely see them as a future employer.
Everything Else
Up to £100 of reimbursed travel.
Had a partners dinner, opportunities throughout the duration to network.
Really good, sat down to chat with people about their experience. Could do with swapping round stafd more.
Yes, spoke to them about it, sounded positive.
Absolutely, learnt so much and had so much fun!
