About You
Absolutely loved it! It was an extremely educational experience where i learnt a lot about my self but also enjoyed a lot in terms of the activities planned.
Personal feedback and fun activities arranged at night really made me feel valued.
You are assigned to a facilitator which guides and directs you very well.
Excellent self-development program. Not only do you get to know about yourself but also about the others around you so really build up that EQ.
The Company
It was extremely well structured with no time left to mull over. Very engaging through out.
Friendly and family-like!
It was more about me as a person that the company itself which was really good.
It put me in situations which i would face in work life. Teamwork and leading in specific was very well developed. Maybe a few more independent exercises would have helped.
It helped build an atmosphere for what EY might be like.
Career path probably wasn't really the focus. There was a personal vision but it didn't help decide which specific industry you want to go on to.
Everything Else
I was not paid but they had paid for everything (accommodation, food, taxi, travel)
Yes! great networking opportunity especially during dinner.
