A very insightful course aimed at increasing your knowledge of yourself as a leader and the strengths and weakness we possess. Very enjoyable partaking in problem solving tasks and having the chance to lead leaders was very interesting. The functions and surprise venues arranged in the evenings very fun indeed.

I feel it is a prestigious programme which has had a large applicant pool thus I feel very thankful for such an opportunity. The individual coaching and attention from all the leaders is very inspiring as a person.

There is a lot of support at the venue if you wish to seek it, there is representatives from different areas of the firm for insight and the facilitators are good at providing individual support personalised to you.

Application of the skills acquired at the venue are of great importance in everyday tasks and the high risk environments too. Having an array of different styles allows students to learn and adopt strategies not normally tried.
