Meet very kind and interesting people, learned a lot about the industry
Work shadowing during a half day with graduate, training for assessment centre
Everything was clear and well organized, HR were here to answer any questions
Real insight into the Investment Bank, and contact with senior people that help to understand UBS's culture and specificities.
The Company
You have long day, but with very interesting workshops or networking events.
Everyone was very helpful, ready to help, and there was a good atmosphere
Training for assessment centre
Shadowing of graduates, I went to different trading desks and was able to speak to a lot of people.
Presentations and networking events were very useful for that. But the best is to meet people on their desk, to experience it.
Workshops and presentations on every divisions, with opportunities to speak to recent graduates or senior people, asking for advices.
Everything Else
The travel and hostel expenses were reimbursed (I took the plane).
Yes a lot ! Basically every day
People were willing to share and help us. Really approachable.
We had a social event night at a bowling
