  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • I enjoyed the insight a lot because it gave me a lot of information about the operations department,more than that i learnt how JP Morgan works from asking different "mentors" and employees there.It was a very useful for me to find out whether i feel interested in the department.

    • I feel valued all the time in JP Morgan,every employee was willing to teach and give as many useful informations as they could

    • Guidance and support were all over the place and absolutely enough

    • It gives me an overview of what the industry will be like which is very important to decide if i should pursue a career in operations department.It also broadens my horizon by meeting people from different background.I feel like my communication skills improved throughout the programme.

    • The insight was very well structured,the timetable and schedule was well-planned,no delays were occured

    • The atmosphere was professional but warm at the same time,everyone were very nice to each other and had very valuable discussions

  • 7. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?

    • A lot of manpower,resources and time was invested in the programme participants.Train tickets,hotel and lunch were also sponsored.I only had to pay for ex drinks during the social events and dinners. A lot of employee spent their time to talk to us which takes a lot of time out of their work

    • The insight showed what the fulltime job in the department will be and it shows how JP Morgan operates,especially the operation department.

    • The insight helped me what the company really requires out of their employees and what they value the most.

    • It was very valuable,talking to current employees can learn more than what we can see from the websites.It was so useful because its from their own experience and analysis through working in JP Morgan
