About You
I really enjoyed taking part in spring week because I got to know candidate from different universities, which is good in term of building network with people from different degree and cities. Furthermore, I got to do few interesting activities, such as work shadowing and Agile velocity game.
In my point of view spring internship was really valuable in term of experience and future job career. Indeed it was great opportunity for me to know the J.P. Morgan's business in particular Glasgow office and technology department. I would really recommend people to apply for Spring internship in J.P. Morgan.
I have received enough guidance and support from my mentors in order to complete the spring internship.
I reckon it will enhanced my soft skills and indeed it will also provide perfect platform to improve my technical skills. Moreover, information that I have received will definitely help me to prepare better in future.
The Company
I think it was pretty well structured but few things could be done better in future, for example, candidate should get more working time with professionals from J.P. Morgan other than that everything was great.
I would say friendly environment and people are there to help you to achieve success.
It was decent but I would like to get more overview of technology department.
Overall it was pretty useful. I will be delighted to get full time opportunity to work for a world class organisation such as J.P. Morgan.
I would say overall it was great but in future intern should get more time to do workshadowing.
It was very useful and also I got to know about the company better and skills set J.P Morgan expect from candidates.
Everything Else
