About You
I love the fact that we had a great depth of insight on the department we actually work for in the future. And the spring week is very well-structured.
Very much. Because we had different sessions that interact with senior staffs and graduates. They shared their experience and feeling while working at RBS.
We are assigned to many small teams during job shadowing and people there are friendly to talk us through their projects.
Presentation and networking skills. This will help us to obtain an internship in the coming future.
The Company
Very structured. Starting of with introduction from each departments to in depth work shadowing. It ends with an assessment, which is perfect.
Friendly and helpful especially the current graduates and staffs who are willing to answer your queries amd never get bored of it.
The bank helps us to develop our soft skills such as presentation and networking skills.
Very much after 4 work shadowing in each division.
Especially when you have a formal and informal chat with employees. You know where to receive support.
Valuable because you understand which areas you orefer to work at.
Everything Else
I was reimbursed expenses.
Many opportunites even after the working hours.
A lot but it depends on your willingness to speak with someone.
CSR.
Definitely.
