About You
Really useful as i found out a lot about what it is like to work in a bank and especially how the risk and finance departments work
I was taken good care of during my week. There was always help available with any queries.
I could not have asked for more!
I think this week has given me a better idea as to what i want to do in my future career
The Company
Very good! We got a well structured timetable and i also thought the assessments over the week were well spaced
I really liked how friendly everyone was and were always ready to help
We had a variety of activities and i was satisfied with what was included in the week
The shadowing provided me with a real picture about what it is to work in rbs
I can see how rbs value their customers and how their ultimate aim to to do the best for their customers. The culture and values are motivating and they are up everywhere reminding employees why they are there
The introductory speaker sessions were really good providing a brief overview. However, i thought the shadowing sessions could have been tailored to what the students really wanted to know. (Specific areas of a certain division)
Everything Else
Yes, we got a chance to talk to current grduates and find out more about the firm from their perspectives
There could have been more graduates called in for networking. We were a large group so it was quite hard to get decent time with a graduate to have a proper conversation
Yes, on our last day this was available from presentations given by the graduates
An amazing opportunity, so I would definitely recommend this to a friend
